Radiator Guard Installation Instructions for Yamaha WR & YZ 250F/426

Special Tools Required;    Long Shaft 5mm Allen Ball Driver.

1.       Remove Side Panels.

2.       Remove Stock Radiator Louvers.

3.       Install 6mm Clip-Nut on Radiator Flange where side panels mount.

4.       Install Guards with machine screws provided, using long ball driver.

5.    Trim plastic rib inside radiator shrouds as required to clear guards         Approx. ¼”,  use knife or dremel tool.

5.       Replace Side Panels. Use machine screws provided for clip-nuts.
