Honda Radiator Guard Installation Instructions for

2002-03 125/250/450F, Part #12-13, 12-16 & 12-17

Parts included:    1 set radiator guards                            2 ea. 6mm x 25mm                                                                                          washer/hex bolts

                           4 ea. 6mm x 25mm SHCS bolts         

1.      Remove side shrouds.

2.      Remove stock louvers and set aside. Remove stock bolts from radiators and set aside.

3.      Install radiator guards on radiators, using 6mm x 25mm SHCS (provided) in radiator mount holes. (as shown in picture #1)

4.      Trim inside rib of side shroud (as shown in picture #2) approx. ¼ in.

5.      Reinstall side shroud. Use washer/hex bolts for lower mount hole (provided- as shown in picture #3) Use stock bolts through shroud through rear guard support.
